LAND ACCESS
LAND ACCESS
THE IDEA
Good trails feel like
they belong there.
We work with the terrain instead of forcing the terrain to work for us. From a simple walking path through the woods to a larger recreational trail system, the goal is the same: create access that is useful, durable, and connected to the character of the land.
WHAT WE DO
Trails, paths &
land access.
A focused trail service for properties that deserve more than a cleared line through the woods.
Private Trail Systems
Thoughtful networks for homes, camps, farms, estates, and recreational properties.
Restoration & Maintenance
Clearing, repairs, route cleanup, and practical maintenance to keep established trails usable.
Layout & Planning
Walk the property, identify opportunities, and develop a practical route before construction begins.
OUR APPROACH
Work with the land.
Not against it.
Every property is different. We look at grade, drainage, existing woods, natural features, access, and how people will actually use the trail. The result should feel intentional without feeling manufactured.
We're building Pine Tree Trailworks one project at a time—with a focus on craftsmanship, communication, and creating useful access without unnecessary disturbance.
01Follow the terrainUse natural contours and existing features whenever practical.
02Keep it naturalMinimize unnecessary materials and disturbance where the site allows.
03Build for useA beautiful trail still needs to function season after season.
CENTRAL MAINE BASED
